Our Lady Queen of Peace Mahûtî Catholic Parish is a welcoming faith community in the Catholic Diocese of Murang’a.
Our mission is to bring the peace of Christ to our families, neighbors, and all who visit us in Githingiri, Thika, through prayer, the Sacraments, and works of love.
We strive to be a home where every person can grow in faith, hope, and charity.
Our History
Our Lady Queen of Peace Mahûtî Catholic Parish has grown as part of the Catholic Diocese of Murang’a, serving the people of Githingiri and the wider Thika area.
From humble beginnings, the parish has become a spiritual home where generations gather to worship, serve the poor, and support one another in daily life.
